How to deal with stress in your struggling phase of life.

When a thought comes in my mind …why there is so much struggle in my life …I saw people who were struggling even more than I am. I saw people who were not only poor, but who had also lost their minds and just wanted to die.Future is not guaranteed. All that we have guaranteed of is this current breath.
If you’re struggling, then you are probably surrounded by no one or very few people.
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where your to-do list seems endless,and you find yourself saying ‘Eek! I feel stressed!’? But what is stress really, and how does it affect us?
we usually think of stress as a negative experience, but from a biological point of view, stress can be a neutral, negative, or positive experience.
Not all stress is bad.
Stress can motivate people to prepare or perform, like when they need to take a test or interview for a new job.
Different people may feel stress in different ways. For example, some people experience mainly digestive problems , while others may have headaches, sleeplessness, sadness, anger or irritability.
We live in a competitive world. It’s okay and even healthy to want to improve and grow as a person. It becomes unhealthy, though, when we internalize negative ideas about how we aren’t good enough. Always challenge this type of thinking. What is “good enough”? Where is the international rule book that clarifies what “good enough” is? As long as you feel happy with who you are, where you are and how far you have come, that is all that matters.
One of the best thing I ever did in my own life is to stop trying to live the life that the world expected of me to live and just started creating a life that simply gives me a deep since of PEACE.
If you’re not happy of the life you are living then you’re going down a road that ends in depression and unhappiness.
Do whatever you have to but don’t take on board what others think. It’s your life, your decisions and choices. Others love to judge, and why should you care if they do?
When we believe that we will be happy once something has happened, we effectively put our life on hold until the event happens. Wishing your current life is away is a precious waste of happy moments in life. Be in the moment more and care less about being happy in the future. Decide to be happy now. Happiness is not a destination, it is a manner of traveling.
–Stop getting distracted by the things that have nothing to do with your goals.
–Trust your struggle. Stay humble and stay hungry.
The most important asset in order to be successful is :we themselves .We should understand this ,we must care of themselves –
like getting enough sleep, limiting caffeine and alcohol, getting proper exercise, and switching off from technology periodically.
–Manage Your Emotions.
Your life is the sum total of your thoughts and beliefs .
90 percent of top successful persons know how to manage their emotions in times of stress so that they remain cool, calm, and able to do what needs to be done.
–Set Goals and Priorities. Decide what must get done and what can wait, and learn to say no to new tasks if they are putting you into overload. Note what you have accomplished at the end of the day, not what you have been unable to do.
-“You need to remove from your life the day-to-day problems that absorb most people for meaningful parts of their day”
–See the funny side of life.Don’t be so serious.
–You should have learn how to bring your nervous system back into balance after disturbed.
The following technique can be used to help calm yourself down
-Eat healthy food.
-connect with others.
-Take proper rest.
-Learn how to relax,meditation,deep breathing.
Sometimes stress is due to Because you have lost your confidence because of your multitasking expectations .You can do multi task …but each task should be scheduled in a better way.One of the best way to make your day and life easier and much lighter and less stressful is not to overthink or create a problem out of something that doesn’t matter much.Spend more time on focusing on a solution rather than problem.
When You starts your day and thinks that ,I want to do this today, I have to do this….but u wrote nothing on a note …. or day goes out…..or When the day ends ..So any of your work is done..or Day goes to pass out…. and the only reason is of lack of proper planning of task for the day ,month or set of goals .
You have to set your goals ,set clear boundaries for your day .This is very important .
Humans need internal motivation and brain care, not a doctor…..When they get + stress …
The destination we want to reach ..We know that we will reach .but at that time…we Do not know how …So, there is a little fear hidden inside us…. that How do we reach …
This is about focusing more on the “why” behind what you do than the “how.”For example, you might feel yourself getting stressed out about the fact that you have to work out every day for an hour (the how), but if you focus on the reason you want to work out – to be healthy and live longer – you may find the actual task less stressful.
-Improve the power of your patience skills.
-Improve your stress management skills ….that will help you to achieve more in your life .
-Improve your emotions management skills …if your emotions are week …u are easily grasped by the stress and the powers that distracts you from your path.
Not necessarily our everything ,our creativity is excepted by the world …but ever a saddest time will come to your life ….Then whatever your creativity will be your best friend…Whether the world should accept it or not……………
Remind yourself that you are not alone.In other words, you are not the only one going through this, and, therefore, there is no need to brand yourself as a failure.
