    How to Bring Inner Peace Into Your Life.

When I free ,I think about everything :I learn to question yourself.
I haven’t made any big discoveries ,but it does give me time to think through problems.

The most common problem of these days….are we can’t find peace.


We feel ourself suppressed in the middle of the world.
We live in stress and fear of not fulfilling our responibilties and dreams . When someone ask question to people “How life is going on “.

People often say that .. “Are yar bus jee rahe hai ” Thinking in mind ,What to tell them now.
Sometimes the problems of life are so much….that the person wants to go to a place where he can find peace.
Now Where u find peace ? It is not a thing Which you can buy from the market or Is anyone can  give you peace in our life .
Yes you can feel good at some beautiful palace or with a beautiful person but you canot find inner peace untill your mind is calm and heart is pure.

Teach to just keep asking questions to urself.?

Our mind is like a field, and we are sowing seeds in it through our actions.
Our actions are impure because our mind is contaminated by the inner poison of self-grasping, jealousy and ego.
This is the fundamental reason why we experience suffering.
We should learn to be pure .

:“Socrates on gossip”

Socrates, the great Greek philosopher, was once stopped by an person as he passed through the markets.

“I’ve something important to tell you,” he said. “It’s about your friend.”

“That’s very kind of you,” Socrates said. “But, don’t tell me just yet. I run all information through the Three Filters Test to ascertain if I want to know it.”

The man looked somewhat puzzled as Socrates continued, “First is the filter of truth. Whatever you want to tell me, have you seen or witnessed it first-hand?”

“Umm…I actually heard it from someone,” the man said, “and, it is from a trusted source.”

“Alright. But that does not pass my first test,” Socrates added, “since you don’t know whether it’s true.”

“Second is the filter of goodness. Is that a good statement you want to make about my friend?”

“Not really. That’s the reason I wanted—”

Socrates interjected, “So, you want to tell me something bad about someone but don’t know if it’s true.”

“The last is the filter of utility.” He continued, “Your statement about my friend, is that gonna be useful to me?”

“Not really as such. I just wanted to share”

“Well, if the information is not necessarily true, it is not good, and, it is of no use,” Socrates concluded, “please, I don’t want to know about it.”

Yes offcourse :

We have no right to speak wrong about others.but It’s mostly happening today.

Our life is so interrupted by the peoples that we feel like running away somewhere and the biggest problem are relatives.
It could be worse, but it’s still a shame that jealousy occurs in the family. I suppose that we can say it’s just human nature, but it’s so unnecessary.
It is not as bad as the person is suffering from the pain of his life…..than the more it is that the people thinks about him.

While you cannot remove yourself from the family tree,you can easily manage any jealous family members that you have.
The most important step is to keep them out of your personal business. They do not need to know that you are purchasing a new home, awaiting a promotion.
Sometimes, these same jealous relatives may feel conflicted on the inside. They may actually be proud of you but are simply jealous that they were not able to achieve what you’ve been able to.
All of you too had also ever experienced this .
It is not your problem.
Don’t let the behaviour of others destroy your inner peace.
How beautiful it is to stay silent when someone expects you you to be enraged.
Don’t take stress.
Forgive them so you can ultimately release their hold over you and your emotions. You can only control your own actions. This is the only way to find peace.

Your soul knows how to get peace ..only have to explain it to your mind.


Once we have purified our mind and all our actions will be naturally pure.

If we perform positive actions we will experience happy results and not unhappiness, if we perform negative actions we will experience only unhappy results, and if we perform neutral actions we will experience neutral results.

If today is a bad day for you…..And so you don’t get what you had planned or hoped for done …simply to kindly tell yourself that there’s a day tomorrow too and that you can get it done then.

“When stressed, lost in a problem or the past or future in your mind …sit in an open air. at dark night …close your eyes ….and feel the cool vibes passes through your face after striking the leaves of tree and take deep breathe.|”
